How does the ordering process work?
Placing an order is a breeze. Just choose your preferred product, specify print details and quantity, and effortlessly add it to your shopping cart. What data is required for printing?
Vector graphics are required for logos and lettering in both screen printing and digital printing. For image prints in digital printing, we require pixel graphics with a resolution of 150 dpi in the desired size.
We use Pantone Solid Coated (e.g. 485C) as the colour specification. This ensures precise colour matching, and the Pantone card also serves as a reference for checking colour accuracy.
If you do not have suitable print data or are not sure, you can simply send us what you have and we will assist you further. Preparing print data is simple and inexpensive with us. You can find more information here.
Can all products be individually printed and how?
Almost all of our Schirmmacher products can be customised. After all, we specialise in printing advertising umbrellas and sunshades as well as woven tents and seating elements.
Parasols, tents and loungers are also ideal for individual printing.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the product, the season and the product personalistion. The expected production and shipping times can be found on the respective product page. Our experts also state the expected delivery time in weeks in the quote. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please let our experts know so that we can ensure timely delivery.
How must does delivery cost?
Delivery is free of charge to one address. If you require delivery to more than one address, please let us know and we will calculate the price for you.

We deliver to all EU countries and also to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the UK.
