The first factor to consider when choosing the size of your pop-up tent is its intended use. It is important to determine whether your guests will be standing or seated, and how much space you need under the tent.
On this page, you will find a size chart showing different tent dimensions to help you make your choice. It indicates how many seated or standing guests each of our pop-up tents can accommodate.
As a general guideline for event planning, the following crowd density standards are commonly used in the events industry:
- For standing guests, an allowance of two people per square metre is assumed, corresponding to approximately 0.5 to 0.75 m² per person.
- For seated guests, a standard beer bench set seating eight people is used as a reference. One beer bench set requires approximately 4 m² of space.

IN SUMMARY
Small tents with dimensions ranging from 2 x 2 to 2 x 4 metres are particularly suitable for information stands, waiting areas, and similar presentation or promotional purposes.
Tents with a side length of three metres or more are also suitable for events with seated guests. Large rectangular tents are especially noteworthy, as they provide ample space for larger events as well as sales and presentation areas, without restricting freedom of movement.
